A road to employment in a variety of tourism and travel-related sectors and for a wide range of businesses, such as travel agencies, tour wholesalers, tour operators, attractions, cultural and heritage sites, and any small tourist business, is provided by this certification.

The planning of tourism and travel products and services may be done in an office setting; products may be delivered in the field; or a combination of the two may be used.
