Why study Dip of Retail Leadership?
This qualification depicts the function of those who oversee a retail operation, including many stores or divisions, while adhering to a business plan to provide successful outcomes for the organisation. These people give retail teams direction and help top management. They operate independently and are accountable for their own results as they plan and analyse their own and others’ work.
This degree offers a road to employment in a variety of retail environments, such as quick service restaurants, supermarkets, department shops, and specialty merchants.
The roles of area manager, state manager, senior store manager, cluster manager, and small business owner are all responsibilities that people with this qualification can fill.
At the time of release, this qualification did not have any explicit legislation requirements, occupational licencing, or certification requirements.
