Workers at this level perform community services with specialised skills and independently while following general management directives. Additionally, personnel may be in charge of managing cases, supervising other employees and volunteers, coordinating programmes, and creating new business prospects.
The candidate must have completed at least 100 hours of work, as specified in the assessment requirements of units of competency, to acquire this qualification.
At the time of publication, there were no certification, licencing, or statutory requirements for this qualification.
